At Furnisteel, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality furniture products made with premium materials and craftsmanship. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect found in the product

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen/display differences

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Products that have been assembled, altered, or used after delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if possible. If already accepted, report the issue immediately with supporting photos/videos.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

  • In approved return cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Furnisteel.
