Delivery Address

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.

Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears severely damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
